Find out how to take your eye make-up to the next level, even if you are dealing with crow's feet, deep-set or tired eyes! These handy tips will help you overcome these challenges and create a beautiful look that perfectly suits your skin.
Start by applying the Prep and Prime Eyeshadow Base! This step is sometimes skipped, but it is crucial to prepare your eyes for your make-up look. This long-lasting primer ensures the colour of your eyeshadow to last longer and it prevents the product from settling into the fine lines of your eyelid.
Now your eyes are ready for eyeshadow! Use an eyeshadow palette such as the Soft Touch Eyeshadow Palette, available in three shades. Each palette has both lighter and darker colours, allowing you to create depth and play with different looks. For a youthful look, we recommend applying a light eyeshadow colour on the eyelids. Light colours make your eyes look bigger and create a fresh look.
If you work with multiple colours, choose colours that go well together. Start with a light shade of eyeshadow on your moving eyelid and then apply a medium shade in your arcade arch. For more depth, add a darker shade to the outer corner of your eye. If you want to, you can apply some of that darker shade along the outside of your lower lash line. Bright eye colours, such as blue and grey often look better with brown mascara, while black mascara is perfect for darker eye colours.
